$56 (cart included), played on Saturday, May 2007 at noon
This course, for the price, is the best in Greensboro by far. The staff was very nice, but the marshalls did not do their job in forcing the pace of play. Nobody likes 6 1/2 hour rounds. The fairways are greens are great, the layout was challenging, the only problem is the sand traps. I have never golfed on a course that the traps were as hard as a rock and that is very unacceptable. This is a Lee Trevino-signature course (caddied for him twice when I was a teenager), even he would be upset with the conditions of the sand traps. Other than that, this course is the best bargain for the price and I would recommend this course to anyone at anytime.
Would travel: 30 -60 miles
Bottom line:Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
